Playing Steam games while downloading them? what?! madness!

I was browsing the news earlier and apparently there's this company which lets you play a game while downloading it. Maybe steam should consider this? It would be a great market tool "pay online and play almost immediately"

Afaik you can play most games when theyre 30-40% downloaded (i always do so with CSS and TF2 hehe )

Yeah I was playing Half Life 2 when it was only 10% downloaded lol, but it kept stopping to load for aaaaaaaages
