please help me with my downloading speed.

i know this is not the right place to ask but i figured ocn has a fast response so im going to give it a shot and hope this doesnt get deleted.

i recently ran a speedtest on speedtest.org and i found out i have an average down speed os 1.4 mb/s but when i download an actual file or a game, i only get 140-180 kb/s. y is that?
