Plesk Issues - Nameservers/DNS

I've installed Plesk right... So I've just gotten to nameservers and such and followed a tut I found here: http://www.jodohost.com/plesk/Creati...meservers.html Basically I can get to http://chainedtomydesk.com locally here and http://68.195.24.53 as well. However, when I try and access my site via a proxy or two I can only get to the default domain http://68.195.24.53 I can't get to the site I made the name servers for and such which is http://chainedtomydesk.com If you visit it, it should not load, but http://68.195.24.53 should. I don't know where I went wrong, am I missing a step or doing something wrong?
