It's always a pain when you can't order two products from one site. Even more when they are available on both sites but the prices aren't decent. Below is a nice list of websites suggested by fellow OCN users. Some will have lower/higher prices than others. Some have discounts codes for OCN. With these lists you should be able to find anything and everything you need with no trouble!

I've used sidewindercomputers.com before and have always had good experiences. They don't have quite the selection as PPCs, but they are usually a few dollars cheaper.

Use OCN55 to get 5.5% off your order, which with the amount you're spending, is a lot saved

That said, I can't think of any other sites.
Oh man

i wish these guys had the heatkiller in stock, i definitely dont want to buy a different gpu block and 1 big order beats paying shipping on 2 orders! especially with the savings

Spent another $300 at performance-pcs, spent another $250 at frozencpu, spent another $20 at sidewinder computers.

Frozencpu - picks up the phone and replies to emails
performance-pcs - responds to emails, i didnt call due to being late at night
sidewindercomputer - wont email me my confirmation, wont process my order, noone picks up the phone and I get a flatline signal

I urge everybody and anybody not to place an order with this questionable website. Not only was my order small, imagine if i placed a $500 order to not receive a email that i placed it and noone pick up the phone when i call.. ridiculous

This is very surprising to me. I've ordered from them a few times and have never had any trouble. They have even called me regarding an item that was not listed as out of stock online but actually was. They replaced it with a similar item that was actually a few dollars more at no extra charge. Did the same thing when I called and left a message about a wrong item I received instead of the one I ordered. Sent me the correct one the next day at no charge and let me keep the wrong item. First complaint I've ever seen about them. Hopefully this doesn't become a trend

Monday - Friday 1:00p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Just realized its from 1pm-8pm... Sigh, I'm an early bird so when I started calling at 8AM I figured these people were working! They are probably in a different time zone, I'm still worried about 2-3days and no email of my order, I get scared with poor customer support

Geeze, overreact much? I've found that sidewinder is generally a day slower than some other sites, but they are just as reliable. IIRC it is run by a community member. I got my raystorm gpu block from them a couple weeks ago.

Anyway, to add to your list. www.svc.com has a more limited selection but they ship very quickly and have been very helpful over the phone. They have even directed me to their competitors when they are out of stock on something. www.jab-tech.com often has good prices. I've also ordered from them without any issues.

You're right mate, I did overreact. I am not used to poor customer service and flawed work ethic. This is what holds small time businesses back from becoming big time businesses.
Overreact over $20 yes, but now do you think I'd ever spent $1 at this site again? no.

Added SVC.com and jabtech.com to bookmarks, I'll maybe give them try in the future

Indeed

$600 spent in 3months at that site, wish I did the feedback for 10% on my most recent order!

Big + about them is they know how to ship a package as well, you can be assured something won't come damaged with the care and effort they use to doing everything correct

I also spent about the same amount, I had a issues with xspc product and [email protected] was awesome enough to take care of me and have a better understanding of the problem then XSPC (even though the fault was at XSPC). It goes to show they stand by their product and wont leave customer hanging after a sale.

I've used koolertek a few times, not a huge selection but the price was right. Used xoxide for a few small things but primarily use PPC can't complain at all about them. I bought 2 gpu blocks from them just to find out that Sapphire moved a few capacitors and the blocks didn't fit, emailed them on Sunday morning and got an answer that evening.

Seeing as many people posted in this thread and it did not die, I would like to make a listing of all your suggestions!
That way anyone who does come across this thread, new or old, can by some chance find out about a website they did not know of before
smile.gif

I think the best way would be a poll + active list just for hyperlinks sake!

I've ordered from and been satisfied by:
Newegg (b ought over $1000 worth of items there, and they helped me with a bank issue too!)
Frozencpu.com (bought my filters for my computer there)
JR.com (Bought a body groomer here.)
bestbuy (Bought my hard drive there when prices had skyrocketed and BB hadn't marked up the prices yet.)
Amazon (bought my R.A.T. 5)
NCIX (bought my case here, has a US and Canadian site.)

Going to all but amazon, amazon is more of a third party site so we can't guarantee if you buy something there that the person who actually sends it sends the right product or as described.
I don't know how I forgot about newegg
biggrin.gif
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

going to move the list to the first page so it's easier to find
