Build an i7 rig on newegg and post it! Assuming I already have an i7 920 processor.

So a whole computer, for 1k, excluding the cost of the CPU?

What do you use your computer for?

Gaming

Forget that for gaming, go with AMD Phenom II 955 for ~$180 shipped (= i5 speed) and add two 5770s into that.

NO do not go AMD.... go i7 920... its $200 at microcenter.

Something worth reading if your looking to build a system only for gaming.
