What platinum rated power supply would you recommend for my computer build in my signature?

I'm powering 3 hybrid air/water cooled nvidia 980 ti gpu's overclocked, 4 rgb led lightstrips, 4 led lightstrip controllers, a clc, 1 2tb ssd, 4 8tb hdd's, 4 140mm led pwm fans, 5 120mm led pwm fans, 1 bd writer, an i7 6700k overclocked, gskill ddr4 3200 64gb 4x16gb tridentz memory,
GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard.

Price is not an option

But it has to be full modular.

Corsair units are way overpriced as well as way overhyped and you can get much better for less money so no.
EVGA SuperNova P2 is better and cheaper then both the AXi and the HXi.

If price does not matter get an Antec High Current Pro Platinum thats that one might not be cheap but its better built then just about everything else you can buy.
