power supply is humming

yeah my power supply is humming while my water cooling system is running to get rid of the bubbles with the jump start mod. is this normal, i can only hear from like 2 feet from it.

Is the humming coming from the PSU's fan?

You sure that's not the pump making the noise? Power supplies usually make high pitched sounds if they make any sounds at all.

Just give it a smack and see if you can get it to stop...sometimes the fans need a little wack to get rid of the vibrations or something lol..

No no...don't hurt it just give it a thump...if the sound changes then it could just mean you need to blow it out...you should do that anyway...I had a PSU that would make sound tell you knocked on it a little bit. lol

haha my side panel fans squeals so i smack my case hard enough to get it to stop!
