ok so now im having problems with my screen gettin all mixed up and then shutting down so i opened speedfan and watched all of my voltages. the wierd thing is my -5 reading goes up and down a hell of alot and i was wondering if that was normal cuz thats the only one that really moves. so is it my ps or something else maybe but im using the onboard graphics so i dont know this intel has been nothing but trouble for me

yeah im sorry about that i was kinda in a rush to type it out before my comp restarted, and it turned out to be a bad stick of ram that was causing all of my problems
