kind of hard to answer when we don't know what you have other than "cheap one with case".
case? psu wattage? psu details from the sticker on the side?
300 watts, i bought the case with it, but surely i know it wont be enough to run my stuff
Well, for $60 shipped before rebates this is about the best you can do ATM: OCZ SXS 500W. It's not the best, but it's fine on a budget.
Apevia 680watt for $75 with 35MIR - not bad for $40

Today only...
I have an apevia PSU and it's ok- little loud on startup, but for this price you won't find a better deal.

EDIT: and free shipping

Antec NeoPower, three 17A rails I believe, it powered three 9600GSO's, a Quad, 3HDD's and 2 DVDRW's with no problem

Check the for sale section. A high quality 400 watt or regular quality 500 watt would power you rig nicely.
Edit: For ten bucks more this psu is an excellent buy

Ya. I power a my rig off a 550Watt Antec. Your's should be fine with a 400 WATT PSU of quality power. Check it and see what you can get, and if not, I'll sell you mine for a good price.
