The target load temp for a Prescott is 65°C, but it's better to stay safely below that level. I would be concerned about that office computer. If your office is anything like mine, there is literally zero hardware maintenance done. A thorough cleaning of the case may be enough to drop the temps to acceptable levels as dust does a great job of insulating components and driving up heat levels.
Yeah thats not good, it is going to throttle at that temp. Check for air flow restriction, fins may be clogged with dust or the heatsink itself may have to be re-installed. I have owned two CDs and never got them that hot even overclocked on stock air.
