Prime95 / LinX on SSD?

Just received my new G.SKill memory kit in the mail today so I thought I would re-run through some tests of Prime 95 and LinX. Is it safe to run them off my SSD or should I run them off my spinner drive?

Shouldn't matter. They both stress the CPU and RAM. Not HDD.

Thanks for the clarification. I was afraid that they would be writing massive amounts of the data to the drive since the tests themselves are generating a bajillion numbers per minute.
