Problem with CPU/GPU fan speeds...

Hey guys

Ok basically im having some problems with CPU and GPU fan speeds, my gpu fan speed will not slow down with RivaTuner at all, i have a xfx 8800gt G92. The only way i can slow down my CPU fan is through bios if i put the QFan Auto on and set the target temp high, i have a zalman CNPS9700NT.
