Hey, is there any programs out there which easily can convert one or more at the same time from jpg/bmp/pgn image files to icons to use as new folder icons?

There is lots of freeware that does this, just google Icon creator, Icon editor etc

They're all pretty similar.

As TUDJ has said, there are actually a lot of those programs that could do what you wanted to do.

I am yet to use this but there are good reviews on the internet so you might as well just give it a go.
