New version of PR has been released..

I really like this one and seems to be interesting. Torrenting it now and should test it out.

Q. If I install this can I still play on OCN BF2 server or do I need to uninstall to play on Vanilla servers?

I have PR and have had for a while and play on OCN server, no problem.

Yes, you can easily switch between PR and Vanilla.

Please read the Wiki guide. Right now there are a lot of new people (noobs) on the game who really don't know what they are doing. It can be quite frustrating for the veterans and the begineers.

Read the guide (attached) and remember that teamwork is key, it is a slow moving game (compared to vBF2) but can get very fast in an instant and then slow back down. VoIP is a much.

Yeah I just went into some server and it was really dark and I was very annoyed cause I just kept dieing and waiting 30 secs to spawn and die again!

Please read the guide. Read the entire thing. It will explain a lot. The game is next to impossible to understand without reading the guide.

Yah I did, took a while too to get everything down packed. It's really cool and I was just driving around feels more down packed.

The only thing I really hate is when you zoom in / out there is a lag and sometimes it zooms back in and without the cross hair it's a deathwish.

Also shooting is a big no no unless you have a good shot lol

Love getting shot as a Civilian and giving the poor guy a heck of a game.

Heh, looks like you are catching onto the game pretty quickly. Let me know when you play and maybe I will hop in a game with you.

In PR you have to manage your life more efficiently, for many reasons. Everytime you die, it adds to your spawn time, it hurts your team, you lost that special kit you acquired, and it probably takes a while to get back to wheere you were. Not to mention vehicles take foever to spawn.

Only shoot at confirmed targets. It is much harder to find targets alone in PR. Then you have to decide if they are friendly / enemy / civilian.

Work as a squad. If you are not it a squad, you are missing out on 90% of PR. Make sure you have VOIP.

I have a mic, but no one talks.. I love working in small squads and talk via VENT and if I need something from commander I can use V ingame..

Play in TG (Tatical Gamer) or Texas Team Player. They have the most teamwork like squads. The reason not a lot of people are talking is because there is a huge influx of new players from vanilla (most of which do not have microphones) because of the new launch. Within a week or two, most of the new players will leave because they don't like it.

Lol, maybe I should wait a week before playing then. I'll try that out sometime. the TG and TTP.. Are you on the OCN xfire clan? It's easier to talk like that.
