Promise TX2650 with 2 10k SAS drives. Good?

So i'm building my next system, and i'm swapping out my 150GB Raptor with two 70GB SAS drives on a Promise TX2650 RAID card.
What kind of performance increase should i see?

I don't know the actual figures, but I would bet that the increases would be pretty darn good. Should be double at least, surely?
Higher quality drives, in RAID 0, and running at a higher speed (I assume they are 15k?).

edit - Wow, I really need to learn to read properly! I see they are 10k drives now.
