Im getting a Fatty PS3 in the middle of this month.
My monitor does not have Speakers or an HDMI in.
Is there a way I can use the PS3 on my current monitor until I can get a TV at the end of the month?
Im not about to hook it up to my old fat TV. That would look horribad and I wouldnt be able to read anything.
It does not have to be pretty, and it doesn't have to work too well, I just want to be able to use my PS3 and enjoy it a bit when I get it rather than leave it in the box for 2 weeks until I can buy a TV for it.
Im thinking something like an HDMI to DVI for Video and im drawing a complete blank for sound.

my monitor only has dvi and vga. So i connect my monitor to PC via VGA, and connect my PS3 w/ dvi to HDMI adapter+ hdmi cable. you can get one off of monoprice. you can get rca to 3.5mm adapter for speakers too from monoprice or amazon.

i just press a button on my monitor to switch between ps3 and pc
