This is really interesting. I don 't play mgs series but to know he was the voice for snake was real interesting. Also to know he is teaming up to make more movies, I think it will be a good start.

read the article and it was a little vague.
by "video game, film production" do they mean films based on video games or video games and film stuff?

I think you mean you read the title, because in the article it clearly states "Dark Hero will be working on film, TV, and video game projects".

Also, for future reference, a comma replaces the word "and" in news headlines, so the title means "video games and film production".
