Its been making this noise for about 2 months, should i just buy a new one?

Is it making a fan is going to explode sound or a capacitor is going to explode sound? If the fan is off balanced than its not really a big problem. But if it sounds more than that get a new PSU asap. I had my PSU, without warning or crying, fry my computer..

Short answer: Yes! You can get them cheap nowadays, and if your current one goes bad it may destroy your rig.
