The RX480 with a 6600K with OC on both CPU and GPU is not really a huge power hog so a 550 watt would be fine
Sometimes you can get the 650 watt for the same or less so look around and see if there are any deals on the 650 watt

Otherwise just stick with the 550 watt
There is also the Seasonc Prime Ultra if you feel like getting something better

I tried to do calculations on corsair and other psu calculator sites....

Not overclocked I need around 450w
Oced I need 567w

Im also looking to cut electricity bill as my 750w is too much atm...

All of those calculations overstate numbers by 28% or more
So at the most you are looking at a 400 watt draw

As for your old CX750 its not all that great anyway so thats another reason to replace it

Honest advice here is unless you've gotten your home extra well insulated etc, you'll have trouble finding the difference on your energy bill with a better PSU. Find the power hogging items around the house first before looking at a 6700k based system as the issue.

If you're still looking to cut consumption on the machine then go for a 550-650 watt platinum unit. Seasonic is the only good maker in that bracket last time I checked.

Dont have that much appliances that would draw much of power for so long beside desktop.

Another reason I want to drop this psu is cause Ive heard whining noise every time I start some game.
Im not heavy gamer, but If you are playing a game and hear "meoawoufuue hiss hiss", yes its time to replace it... Even if its under a year old.

Thx for the suggestions
