I would do one of two things -
1) - Dual Loop, 1 GTX 360 for CPU, 1 for GPU's - each with a MCP 355 w/ a aftermarket top
.. or ..
2) - 1 loop w/ 2xMCP355 with a dual top like this https://www.jab-tech.com/XSPC-Dual-A...C-pr-4552.html
Honestly 1 MCP355 w/ a top could probably push thru the loop, but I just wouldn't advise it.
A single 355 with an aftermarket top should do the trick. I've had a 655 pushing through a 240mm rad, a 160mm rad, a CPU block a GPU block, and a northbridge block, but two restrictive radiators and SLI video cards makes me leery of the 655.

That is indeed one of the possibilities that an aftermarket top will afford you.
