Q6600 overclock Help

Hi my brother has a Q6600 with a asus p5e delux and 1066 ddr2 and is having overcolocking issues. Any advise would be much appreciated

well, what has he done so far? what kind of issues? most can be fixed with more voltage, just not too much
What issues? Explain further into detail and attach CPU-Z / BIOS settings.

I will get some more info and images! he just tells me that it never boots when he changes fbs but he is also trying to overclock his ram!

Start like this. Raise your CPU voltage to 1.4, NB to 1.4, set your RAM voltage manually and set your RAM speed to the lowest value and start raising your FSB 5 MHz at a time. When you can't boot into Windows anymore raise your CPU voltage a little more. You should be fine to at least 1.5 as long as your temps are OK.
Probably why you are having issues is because you are trying to OC both your RAM and CPU at the same time. If you start OCing your CPU first, get that stable, then start on your RAM.
If you OC both at the same time, when you have issues you don't know whether it's your CPU or RAM.
Try that.
