Hey

I have a q6600, its pretty old but yet still beefy when overclocked from stock 2.4 to 3.0 or more, but as soon as I do, the game always twiches, the sound is cut of at time eg: "Hello and wellco.. to the.. bot." actual game way wise, I can't to seem see any problem. The playback of videos also glitches a bit. Could it by because i'm overclocking with EPU-Engine? (2.9ghz oc): I'm wondering this because i wan't to upgrade the graphics card to 660 ti (good idea???) but not sure if this bottle neck at 2.4? thanks.

What core voltage do you see in CPU-Z when running Prime95?

What power supply do you have (make and model)?

I still would like to know what PSU you have.

Also, what do you have for CPU cooling?

60°C is pretty high for only 1.224V. I was going to recommend that you increase the voltage, but I've changed my mind because your temps are already pretty high (for only 1.224V).
