I have a lapped q9550, capable of 4ghz, don't remember the voltage used to achieve that, but I ran it at 3.8 @ 1.36 volts

asus P5Q Deluxe, fresh from rma

and 2x2GB of ocz platinum 1000mhz ram 5-5-5-15 (don't know if they run that speed I undervolted and underclocked them to achieve a higher cpu clock)
