I just bought the UT60 and I have a question about addind a drain port off the radiator. The radiator will be in the bottom of the Corsair 900d sitting on its side. I am wondering if I had a fitting to the one hole on the end opposite where all the other mounting ports are for a drain port if it will mess with the flow of the radiator, I am new to this watercooling and I didnt know if you had 3 ports one the radiator open if it would not flow right? Sorry if this doesnt make sense. lol

Nope, it'll be absolutely fine. In fact, that G1/4 port is specifically designed as a bleed port. I myself have my drain port coming out of one of the extra ports, not the one on the opposite end of the others, but nonetheless it works absolutely fine.
