I wanted to test two cpu coolers.

is there a program to test it with full load?

intel burn test or prime 95 or OCCT

prime95 http://www.overclock.net/downloads/137251-prime95.html

tho if you want the hottest possible temps you Intel burn test, it produces crazy temps, way higher than games or folding would.
