It should clock higher.
And mATX are somewhat limited to overclocking.
1600/1333MHz My motherboard says that, but my current FSB is 438 and since it's quad pumped x4 = >1600.
i got 2years old gigabyte ga945gcmxs2 mobo 1066fsb..
bout to getting e7200 1066fsb..so need to know can overclock tht proc in tis mobo or not..
well, let see how it goes when get my hand on new procs..

currently overclock pent D 2.66Ghz to 3.33Ghz in tis mobo wit stock hsf, running 24/7..
got my e7200 and try OC it, but currently got to 2.66Ghz..huhu,mehhh
but, more weird thing is, CPUz keep showing my cpu multiplier change between 9.5x and 6x..WTH is going on??
mybe cause by my old mobo???mobo gigabyte945GCMX-s2..
any idea y???
It really depends on the board. Any good overclocking board will go well beyond the rated FSB.
My 750i is rated at 1066/1333 yet I am running it at 1600, and many run it at 1800.
The GA P45 UD3 boards are rated at 1333/1600 yet many get them to 1800-2000.
So you would just need to try, I am not familiar with that board, maybe do some google searches and see if you can find any info.
Just search for "motherboard model - overclocking"
