And what should i choose: The 3.5g arctic silver 5 or Ceramique by Arctic Silver 22g? Whats the differnece?

Arctic Silver 5 is the better of the bunch...the ceramique is lacking silver, which is what makes AS5 soooo desired by overclockers.
