Sound quality wise? No.
Features wise, you do get some extra features like mic mute on the USB soundcard and volume adjuster.
So just stick with what you have.
If you really want to use your money to upgrade something, use it for a proper soundcard (Asus Xonar DX or Creative Soundblaster Z) instead. If you're on a laptop, go with an external DAC+Amp.
The steelseries USB soundcards is like a slap in the face for people looking into any sort of audio quality, I'm sorry but it's true.
