quick unlock/oc question

*still need to know!!
also i am stumped on my cpu voltage which pple here have said is high but when i change it in AOD it decreases performance quite a bit. what is the bois setting for this voltage named and should i lower it being it hurts performance or just oc around it?

ps. i hve engts450 tops i would also like to oc or unlock if anyone else has this card and working settings i would like them plzz lol.
