Quiet high cfm rad fans

Do you have a fan controller? If you turn down the Panaflos, they will still move lots of air with plenty of static pressure, but with less noise

compared to what fans? but 98 is pretty much perfect.

So you need to sleeve and add a connector? Any pics of how they come?

Things that change how loud a fan is gonna be for the same cfm are number of fins and fin design. Take for granted there are alot of roughly 70cfm fans that range from 28db to 40db, same cfm but huge changes in sound.
