Firstly I am dumb, and its all my fault

I have an R9 280X Sapphire VaporX and in an attempt to stave off buying a new GPU (this one is loud and annoying and has gotten louder over the past few months) I decided to take it apart and clean it. I washed the fans and shroud with water. Washed the heatsink, blew dust off the card. Dried the wet parts with a hair dryer. And it works.... but the fans don't spin anymore. The LED still works and its powered by the same connector that powers the fans unfortunately (would've been a nice easy fix if I had simply forgotten to plug them back in).

Is this something potentially fixable or should I just go buy the new card I was eyeing up?

EDIT: Oh damn! Just tried whacking them up to 100% with MSI afterburner and they started spinning... thats interesting.
