I have 4 WD 750GB in a RAID 5 array. I have the 5th 750GB as a stand alone for the OS and program files. I am running Windows 7 and I want to get rid of it and go back to Ultimate 64bit. If I format the stand alone drive and then install ultimate 64bit, will I have to rebuild the array?

The stand alone should not affect the array. The computer should see those as 2 distinct partitions.

Just install the OS and format the drive when it asks you to. You should be fine with your array.
