I currently have a 80GB SSD Intel M25-M Gen 2 Solid State Drive for my OS and a couple of favourite games.
I would like to buy another ssd to RAID0 them for better performance, should I get another Intel SSD or should I go with the better performing 80GB SSD Corsair Force Series Solid State Drive?

Better performance? Are those games loading some REALLY large files? RAID is only going to improve your sequential operations. Access time is low already - not going to get any lower by putting the drives in RAID.

I'd personally stay with standard AHCI configuration and go with a second, faster SSD for the games...

Does that mobo have a SATA 6Gb/s controller? If so, get a dedicated Marvell/Crucial C300 SSD for games.

That controller is currently the best for sequential performance... which games would benefit from being mostly sequential and some random.

The other cheaper option is a RAID0 array of HDD.
