Would Ram sinks allow me to increase my memory speeds or will it do just about nothing. Anyone know. If it does help, then how about these 2 rm sinks, which one is best.

DDR2 memory as it is runs very cool (often times right at or slightly above ambient temps) so heatspreaders/heatsinks will just make it look flashy and void your warranty

it depends though....how warm is your memory? because if it is really warm, then u should get heatspreaders, but otherwise not important

My room temps go over 30C but do i just need to touch the memory to see if it is hot
(when it's turned off offcourse).

Would that tell me how hot it is

, and an AMD guy.... but yes, just touch the ram...on or off....it doesnt matter.....and if its really warm to the touch then u should get ramsinks, otherwise its not needed
