i need some timings for my ram i have had a reply before but all i got was 4-4-4-12 but i need to know where i put each of the numbers thanks for ya help

in should be under something that says like 'dram' its different for every bios

he's probably seeing someone suggested the ram timings of 4-4-4-12 for his ram timings. But those timings are horrible, that's ddr2 status. the highest you should raise your timings to would be 3-3-3-8. the numbers are cas latency, ras to cas delay, ras precharge, and cycle time (tras) respectively. What are your timings currently, why are you raising them, and who the heck told you to raise them that high? If you don't know what your ram timings are, you can use CPU-Z to find out.

i want a bit ore speed out of my memory and the 4-4-4-12 was an example where would i find that program cpu-z
