ram timmings

Hey i have the KHX6400D2K2/4G ram kit. Website spread sheet says 5-5-5-15 timings but cpuz says 6-6-6-18 2t. My question is should i manually change timings to the 5-5-5-15, and will this run a 1t or stay at 2t. never had ddr2 before. Also will 5-5-5 make that much of a difference over 6-6-6. thanks in advance.

Got a little over anxious. Found the almighty search button and found what i was looking for. Now running 5-5-5-15. 2t

Look at the SPD tab in CPU-Z.
