Rampage II Extreme question

I have been OCing my i7 920 on my REII, but just had a failure, and the system won't boot. It starts up, but nothing on the screen. So I of course went to clear my cmos, but the clear cmos button isn't working. The jumper is in the enabled position, and the button is lit up and presses regularly. My system still won't boot after pressing the button though. I have had this happen twice before, and I would come back a few hours later and the system would start fine. I have tried unplugging the box and everything. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.
