Long story short, it got here and as soon as I plugged it in I noticed a rather loud clicking. I tried it and it gave me "5 contact support." Sounds like the drive spins up, but then it clicks. I am pissed. In case they don't want to refund, does anyone know how to send a black fax from a PC?

I want to get him, but I don't want to break the law.

EDIT: It is a fairly large business by the looks of things. I got all of their info including address, phone, and fax.

EDIT EDIT: Only if they don't refund. By the looks of things they don't reply to emails or claims.

I'm not totally opposed to sending nasty stuff, but then a peon will have to deal with it. If I send a black fax it costs the business.

That is awesome. I will use that as plan B if I can't figure out how to send a black fax.

Dude, then just file a claim through paypal and let paypal resolve it. They favor the buyer 99% of the time anyways.

Microsoft has really good warranties. Call Microsoft Zune support.....
They'll usually send you a box and pay for shipping to send it to the repair center......

It was used. I checked. It's past warranty and costs $160 to get it repaired.
