God Damn the Gigabyte K-7 It sucks (Socket A) it uses Pheonix BIOS which means no overclocky for Ray... NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! :'( someone help my tears of saddness.

True Phenix sucks, but doesn't Gigabyte have windows app for OCing. It might work for your board??

umm...my second comp has a gigabye mobo with phenix bios(i think), and w/o pci lock i can get my xp3000 to 2.45 no prob....i dunt have that prob...but i do prefer the award cuz it just rocks

hehehe opps they are award bios and they do oc

but right now I had to flip the switch to make the bios fsb 133 and so it's clocking my mobo as a 1900 at the moment

. Oh well we will fix the problems but first to get windows to start! (my comp crashed the first time but UNIX Still works proving once again the basics of life.
