I will use my old BFG 9800gt that still works fine & the CD/dvd rom drive. Buying all the parts on amazon since I have a prime account.

What motherboard should i get that would work good for the core i7?

Comments, suggestions? Everything should work haha I think. I ain't doing any of that crazy crossfire stuff. I know its a crossfire board & I'm going to be using a single nvidia card.

the Intel i7 930 uses triple channel ram ( so 3 sticks of ram )
get this ram kit

also, that graphics card is going to be a huge bottleneck for your processor i suggest you get either a 58xx ATI card or a 4xx series nividia card

this case is cheaper and better then the Antec 300

get this powersupply because its always nice to have some overhead as far as power for future upgrades and addtions

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...=Corsair%20750

this motherboard has been getting great reviews since it has come out recentally
