Im thinking about buying this PSU for my build, because i had bought a cheaper PSU but it blew and took my system wit it -.-

luckily i had a warranty on it still and im getting replacements.

Looks good. That PSU is more than enough. The Gskill 1066 ram kits are not much more expensive than the kit you have chosen http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231166

Also, get 1066MHz RAM for that Phenom II.
