Alright, so I had a Sandisk Sansa Fuze 4gb for about a year before it battery life decided to go potty, and I thought, crap, I'm sure battery life isn't covered in the warranty but called up anyway.

1st attempt: Well this number doesn't exist, obviously support is no longer available in my country.
2nd attempt: Called the UK support, they kept wanting to redirect me to the number that doesn't exist, even after telling them multiple times it doesn't exist. Eventually the guy understood, and just went "sure send it in, we'll see what we can do"

And now I just received a parcel, with a brand new Fuze in it
