I know its old but I waited for it to go gold and then fall to 10 dollars, and now it has, saw a copy unopened at half price books, gonna go get it tomorrow if yall say its worth the 10 bucks. Big fan of RCT2 though RCT1 wasnt that fun. So is it worth it?

let me also say my fun was building rides in the sandbox, not really running a park

Definitely worth it. It's a huge improvement over the first 2. The switch to 3d was great and it's got much better community support for custom scenery and whatnot.

RCT2 is better imo, but 3 is still worth it, especially for that price.

I like RCT2 the best, haven't really given RCT3 much of a chance tho. Hey for 10 bucks, it can't be that bad!

Wait wut. You didn't like RCT1. that is pure blasphemy. But I guess since what you want is to build rides then 3 would be much better.

Okay so they did make some improvements later on but I just throw in 1 every once in awhile just for old times sake.

As for the question about raising scenery, can't help really. Haven't played in forever, 3 that is.
