360 because of Xbox Live.

lol i feel sorry for the OP since literally nobody has given him a valid reason to buy either yet.

the honest answer is you can't go wrong. this is a side-by-side release which is rare for the resident evil series. which controller do you prefer? this is probably the biggest deal breaker. There are rumours that there may be some PS3 exclusive DLC. But I don't figure capcom to be a favouritist sort of company in this generation. so i can easily say that you dont need to worry about which version you buy. I bought it for the PS3 because my habits in the past are with RE games on the PS controller. Thats it.

Xbox 360 because it looks better, plays smoother (horrid FPS on the PS3), and you'll probably have more people on Live.

XBOX 360 runs way better

360 version looks way better and has brighter lighting.
