I just installed my new asus p8p67 pro, and i put 48 multiplier, 1.53 voltage, and disabled c1 c3 c1e or w/e it is, HT i on, pcie spectrum is disabled, and speedstep is disabled. When i start folding my temps are like 90+C. they used to be around 75C, and that was with the rasa rs360 kit, now im using 2 360 rads, swiftech 35x pump and same waterblock, so why is it so high? the paste on the cpu is spread evenly i believe.

You are seeing such high temps simply because of the voltage for that OC. Try lowering the voltage . If you cannot get table with anything lower than 1.5 than its up to you whether to keep it there or not. You on average should be able to get 4.8 with the lower end of the 1.4V spread.
