I picked up a shoulder bag and it simply doesn't have enough room. I'm looking on newegg.ca, ncix, and amazon and I'm seeing bags upwards of $80 which I'm really don't want to spend. I'm looking for a back pack not a shoulder bag.

Things that I will be putting in it: Thinkpad, notepad's, pens, earbuds, headphone amp (fiios e10), kindle, and maybe a few books and other things.

Is it possible to get something of decent quality for closer to $40?

AmazonBasics Backpack for Laptops Up To 17-Inch
https://www.amazon.ca/AmazonBasics-Laptop-Backpack-AB-103/dp/B00EEBS9O0/

Targus Legend IQ Backpack Fits up to 16-Inch Laptop, Black (TSB705US), too bad this is USA and cost more on CA site.

Or just buy a normal backpack? I had a RoadWired shoulder bag years ago and it's still in okay condition but the zipper broke over time. Too bad they don't make it anymore because it actually had air pocket bubbles inside to protect your laptop. It cost me $80, pretty much you pay for what you get.

Yeah I just use a normal backpack, beats carrying it in hand or having a single shoulder strap, can't run with that!

these guys make high quality stuff, waterproof, weatherproof, and plenty of compartments for keeping all ur stuff separate etc.

Are there any bags on that site that aren't $200 +?

The AmazonBasics and the Targus Legend look good. What about the Rosewill RMBP-11001 - Notebook Computer Backpack - 15.6" Laptop or the Lenovo Performance Backpack for Notebooks Up to 15.4IN?
