Most rads should be able to do 20-25 PSI, though you never have to go that high

Pressure isn't measured. You just need enough pressure to get a flow rate of 0,5-1GPM.
Since air testing is done with about 0,7-0,8bar, I'm guessing that the pressure in a system is even lower. And you'll have more pressure in the parts close to the pump than at the end of the loop since each part causes a pressure drop.

Hi,
Assuming you have a D5 pump that does 1500 L/H about 5000 rpm+- at top speed usually 2/3rds is a sweet spot for flow rate reading at about 3600 rpm's+- to maintain a decent fluid temperature.

You can actually add air pressure with an adapter and an air pump thru the reservoir xD

Technically this should help a bit with flow inside the loop problem is how strong are those connections.

Never tried before but its possible to do it thats for sure.

I did tried with a xspc glass reservoir on the water faucet and hold the end with the fingers pressure was too much the cap on reservoir popout lol.
