your cable modem drivers are not going to be on Compaq's site. Try the manufacturer of the cable modem. Also, try searching for the driver via Google by typing in the make and model, followed by the word driver. otherwise, do you have to use the usb cable? can you just use a CAT5 cable? you don't need a driver for that, minus the NIC driver..
Recovery Help.
I have a Compaq Presario SR2010NX, and it had a virus on it so I decided to wipe it out with my own XP disc. I've been able to download most of the drivers, except the one for USB cable modem so I can connect to the internet. I can't find that one on the site, or connect to the internet without it. Any help would be appreciated.
