Remmaping Shift to Alt Question

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew of a program that would allow me to rebind my right shift key to my left alt key when it is open and then stop when the program is closed. Is there a program like that or is the only way to do it through your registry? Thank you in advance for your help

I used KeyTweak to reassign my faulty comma key to my right alt key. The software is really easy to use and is self explanatory. This is also free so no worries. Yo can download it here:
