Remote HTTP Downloader

Ok so I have a dedicated torrent download system and wondered if it was possible to be able to download files through HTTP via remote, like the WebUI feature of utorrent?

No, you can't download via utorrent's WebUI (afaik), but you can set up VNC or something for remote control...

No I meant is there a program that can run like the WebUI of utorrent to download HTTP files?
